I think there's quite a bit of movement on the grassroots! The town halls, federal workers banding together to fight back, and other groups are mobilizing. Unfortunately, they can be hard to find especially with how our media infrastructure is currently. I would encourage anyone who has energy to look up what's going on in your community and team up with others fighting back.

"In addition, people are waiting to see how Trump’s policies impact them. Sorry, but politics is always personal. Politics is never about purity and light. People will hit the streets when they see how Trump’s policies decrease their quality of life or bank account." Here in Europe (I think, but maybe is just me), we are in shock. Every single day we read the news about Palestine, Ukrania, tariffs, Greenland, deportations, USAid... nothing will probably affect me directly (I am from the very western part of Europe) but I feel stressed and anxious and afraid (purity and light affect me greatly). I have been into demonstrations and I wonder why the US citizens are not doing the same. Feeling very disappointed.

I’m confused by “the stock market is crashing” meme. When I look at a five year graph of the S&P or the NASDAQ, things look good. Yes, there’s been a minor correction, but that’s not unusual.

In 2022 the NASDAQ lost a third of its value from its previous high and I don’t recall anyone noticing.

For anyone in this administration, or our republican congressmen to care about marches, they have to be so big they shut airports and highways and keep the country from working, or I think they have to be in red states, honestly. Trump loves blue state protests...its like his favorite thing!
